Oracle EBS Integration With ZATCA: How Does it Happen?
As ERP, billing, and accounting systems differ, so does their readiness to integrate bi-directionally; what’s known as asynchronous integration. Due to the limited interactive integration protocols available on the market, the need for an out-of-the-box integration solution becomes a need not a choice. So how do we tackle this?
We came up with an outstanding solution to integrate the Oracle EBS system by relying on a Database integration solution. The Database integration solution comes with an innovative “Interactive Delegator” developed by InvoiceQ to make the database integration for the client easier.
Rather than connecting with the client’s main database, we connect with InvoiceQ’s Interactive Delegator through an Intermediate Database. By doing this, we ensure that all data remains private, secure, and traceable to prevent accidental sabotage.
The data from the main database is replicated in another schema and updated in real time with the same information as the main database. This way, all new changes will be noted and logged. Data is then extracted from the client’s middle database, transformed, and then loaded so ZATCA servers can process the invoices and ensure they’re ZATCA-signed.
It’s possible to implement the Interactive Delegatorwith any database, whether it’s RDBMS or SQL. However, setting up a middle database is the client’s responsibility. This means the faster it’s taken care of, the fewer days it’ll take to become ZATCA-compliant. It remains the client’s responsibility to set this middle database up and then delegate the rest of the integration to our experts.
