Wave 17: Which Taxpayers Are Included?
According to the latest announcement by ZATCA in Saudi Arabia, taxpayers included in wave 17 of Phase 2 are organizations whose annual taxable revenue exceeds 2.5 SAR in 2022 or 2023.
Wave 17 Compliance Date
The compliance date for wave 17 of Phase 2 according to what ZATCA has shared is 31/7/2025. This means obliged taxpayers have to comply before that date to avoid non-compliance penalties.
Notice Period
ZATCA notifies organizations 6 months prior to the due date in an attempt to give taxpayers enough time to settle their financial situation in order to comply in the given period of time.
