The decision included taxpayers with annual taxable revenue that exceeds <strong>3M SR <\/strong>during the year <strong>2022 <\/strong>or <strong>2023<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ZATCA has also clarified that organizations included in wave 16 are going to be notified 6 months prior to their compliance date, which is<strong> 1 April<\/strong> <strong>2025, <\/strong>to avoid penalties and settle their financial obligations.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-background has-medium-font-size\" style=\"background-color:#abb7c24d\"><strong>Why Does Phase 2 of E-invoicing Compliance Matter?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>E-invoicing was implemented in Saudi Arabia in two phases. Phase One, known as \u201cThe Generation Phase\u201d and Phase Two known, as \u201cThe Integration Phase\u201d. Phase Two obliged taxpayers to integrate with the FATOORAH platform, this included all waves that have been shared till this moment.
