According to the publication posted by ZATCA, wave 15 entails organizations whose annual taxable revenue is above 4M SR in 2022 or 2023. The compliance date for organizations included in wave 15 is set to 1\/3\/2025. The early announcement by ZATCA comes as a means to give organizations enough time to conveniently onboard in a 6-month notice period. The goal of this notice period is to enable organizations to integrate with the FATOORA platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-background has-medium-font-size\" style=\"background-color:#bbbfc34a\"><strong>Why Should Organizations of Wave 15 Comply Before Due Date?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E-invoicing in Saudi Arabia was divided into two Phases; Phase One which was known as \u201cThe Generation Phase\u201d and Phase Two known as \u201cThe Integration Phase\u201d. Phase Two is differentiated from Phase One for its requirements that mandated E-invoicing regulations as shared by ZATCA, along with enforcing penalties and fines for non-compliance unlike Phase One where no penalties had been placed.<br><br>Phase 2 mandated additional requirements such as connecting the organization\u2019s E-invoicing system or internal system with the FATOORA platform, issuing invoices in a specific format through authorized service providers for ZATCA Phase 2, and additional invoice fields. Moreover, ZATCA has categorized this Phase into waves by which organizations are notified of their compliance date 6 months ahead of the official date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading
